Bridal Boudoir | Bring Your Wedding Veil!

If you are beginning to plan your wardrobe for you bridal boudoir photo session, consider adding a veil to your session. And do your best to make sure that it is as wrinkle free as possible.

These are only anonymous shots because this fabulous gal didn’t want me to reveal her face. But I am deeply grateful that she gave me permission to share these romantic shots that we captured as part of her gift for the groom for her wedding day. Her long white veil with all of that lace edging was so pretty and ethereal.

So if you are getting ready for your wedding; and you are doing a boudoir photography session ahead of the big day, you will want to be sure to remember to bring your lovely wedding veil to your shoot. Of course you will also want to pack your wedding shoes, your bridal jewelry, and with any other accessories that you have purchased. Give all those amazing items (which you may have invested a fair bit financially) a second chance to be worn and photographed before your big day!

Bridal boudoir is becoming a very popular trend. Lots of ladies want to mark this time in their lives, when they are often working extra hard to fit into that wedding dress. And many want to mark these last months as a single woman with amazing images of their essence and beauty. This stunning gal came in for boudoir photos to be used as a gift for the groom. Her sexy pics were so fun to create!

These are her words about her session at the studio: “I had pictures done for my fiance to give to him on our wedding day. Angela did an amazing job, and although I was nervous at first, she put me at completely ease. Even though the pictures were a gift to my soon-to-be husband I was doing it just as much for myself because I’d never really thought of myself as sexy. Boy did these pictures change my mind! I was so impressed and excited that I gave him the gift early and the album was a huge hit! He’s already asked when I can do more!”

Ladies work so hard to prepare for a wedding day. Wanting to fit into that fabulous wedding dress, and preparing to be in front of a professional wedding photographer for a full day makes most women work extra hard on their physique. Skipping those treats in the office staff room, hitting the gym no matter how wiped out, and working on that perfect tan are usually on the list of wedding prep. And of course all of these can help a gal to be her most confident self for a boudoir photography session. But I want women everywhere to know that your confidence shouldn’t fly away if you are no longer at your pre wedding day size and weight. Confidence is something that actually comes from inside, and it involves an acceptance in where you are each day – IN THAT DAY. And everyone knows the truth that confidence is the sexiest thing that a woman can wear. No matter what her size or shape is; if she enters the room with a loving smile, and positive attitude, a joyful spirit and a grateful heart that encourages others and spreads happiness – she will be attractive to those around her.
