This fabulous mom came in for a boudoir shoot with us and we had such a blast using some of the props that she brought! Look out for amazing shots of her with her snowboard after Christmas! I never post images until after a gift deadline so that the recipient of the gift gets to to see the images before anyone else; so I am holding off on tons of sexy shots that will get posted in the new year from wonderful ladies who were gracious enough to give me a model release. I always notice a trend when gals come in for a shoot with me. The gal has a ton of artsy images that she loves, and I recreate some for her. But I notice that if she brings her significant other in to help her choose her final images, the images that get chosen end up being more “Maxim” and more revealing and sexy instead of “Victoria Secret” style or”Artsy”. For Mrs. N, her man chose the sexy ones; but this one was her favorite because it was artistic. Boys and girls or sooooo different. Thank goodness opposites attract! Thank you Mrs. N for letting me share this cool creation. I love it too, and think it should go on the wall at the studio!

Boudoir Photography Columbus Ohio | Anniversary Gift
“Dear Angela,
I’ve been wanting to write you to express my joy and to thank you for your
wonderful work!
My husband LOVED the pics much more than I thought he would! We spent our
anniversary weekend at a nice hotel, as we couldn’t go anywhere far from
home, I set up the nice TV they had and the computer, we bought wine, and
showtime begun 😉 As I’ve mentioned to you the first thing he would say
was “Who took these pictures?” Lol. Then he said “Wow… These are some
beautiful pictures!” I was so happy. It was music to my ears 🙂
I can’t wait to get my album, I think I will like it even more than he did! And
also I wanted to ask, can I buy in the future some of the pics I didn’t
choose for the album?

Mrs. S came in for a shoot after seeing her best friend’s boudoir photo book that we had helped her friend to create for her wedding day. Mrs. S told us that the groom exclaimed upon seeing his sexy gift that he wanted to skip the wedding and head straight for the honeymoon! Music to our ears! Mrs. S wanted to keep her anonymity so we have sadly cropped her face off(and truly she has an exotic look that is absolutely stunning to behold so cropping off her gorgeous face was painful!) But at least we can share her great body as we get the rest of her images retouched so that she can surprise her hubby on their milestone anniversary. He is one really lucky guy to have this sweetheart of a gal by his side. Beauty is much more than skin deep, and this goddess proves that by being such a sweet human being. Thanks Mrs.S for letting us share!

Columbus Boudoir Photographer | Pin Up Boudoir
Pin up photography was not something I had set out to do but this amazing gal had sent me her pinterest board leading up to her shoot and it was all pin up. So I got the studio ready for her shoot, and my amazing make up artist Jenni gave our client the look that she wanted and we had soooo much fun!! We are hooked on this style of boudoir photography after all!! This amazing gal is in her late 30’s and works hard at being a Mom as well as a professional. I am always so honored to shoot ladies of such strength and character. Let’s face it, it isn’t easy to be a mom and work full time and still take the time to stay healthy and fit and take care of our own bodies. Every hard working professional and mother deserves this session to boost her own self esteem and to mark a time in her life where she feels fiercely feminine despite all the demands on her time and energy. Thank you so very much, Ms J for allowing me to share a few of your images with the world. If you think football is not sexy, then you have not seen what so many of my clients do for their guys! Usually some football, and in particular OSU apparel makes it’s way into the studio as part of our fun session. I always tell gals to bring in a more fitted shirt instead of his huge jersey so that we can show that sexy body off instead of engulfing it!

Boudoir Photography Columbus Ohio | One hot summer!
Today I am busy catching up on all the weddings that Randy and I shot in the month of June, along with getting files ready for girls who will be giving s special boudoir book to their groom on their upcoming wedding day. It has been an overwhelming month in terms of shoots and now we will head into a full month of retouching in July. I feel so blessed for every event that we have attended and the moments that we have captured. The expressions on faces at a wedding I worked on today left me laughing and smiling and I know the bride is going to love them! And the 4 generation glamor portrait shoot that I did selects on today left me touched by the lines on the face of a lovely great grandmother who gave us the honor of doing her make up and including her in the fun of a regular mother/daughter shoot. I am swimming in a sea of editing at the moment, and family time is down to a minimum….but I am thankful for the wonderful people who have allowed my camera and lens to enter their life for a brief moment in time. While my computer is processing another boudoir shoot, I thought I would take the few minutes to post this pretty lady whose favorite service man is about to come home for the Fourth of July. She came in to the studio with her Mom for a great mother/daughter shoot and then we finished with boudoir photos for her to give to her man, who serves this great country. I am sure these photos and all the others that she decided to keep private will be a treasure to him after he leaves to go overseas again.
